Manassas, VA — January 27, 2020 — A newly released Year-End Market Report confirms that Historic Downtown Manassas
continues to be a highly sought-after location for both retailers and offices seeking space for their companies.
Key metrics from the report focusing on Historic Downtown Manassas include an occupancy rate for retail space of over 97% and a
dramatic 50% drop in vacancy for office space. Meanwhile, rental rates have remained low, completing the picture of why Historic
Downtown Manassas has become such a popular destination for both retail and office markets.
The area’s small-town charm, strategic Northern Virginia location, events and attractions serve as a magnet for potential customers,
attracting more than 450,000 visitors in 2019. From one-of-a-kind restaurants along Battle Street to unique shopping experiences
