Emily and Morgan have a couple things in common: they appreciate quality baked goods, creative projects, hard work, and both suffer a pesky gluten intolerance. They turned that intolerance into a great business idea, now physically coming to life in our Historic Downtown.
Beginning at the Manassas and other regional Farmers Markets, Emily and Morgan have served our City for years now with tasty and beautifully decorated gluten-free treats that satisfy all food lovers – despite dietary restrictions.
They sensed the surge in demand and jumped on the opportunity to launch an official storefront when 9105 Center Street became available.
Head on down to the Tree Lighting a little early and help Honey + Ivy celebrate their success in style!
Santa Lights Manassas, Christmas Parade, Carriage Rides & More — Holiday Festivities Kick-off in Manassas!
The garland is hung, the lights are strung, and pretty red bows adorn all corners of Downtown Manassas! The season is officially upon us.
This Friday marks the first of many festive events filling the December calendar. Immediately following the Honey + Ivy ribbon cutting, take a few short steps to 9201 Center Street for Santa Lights Manassas, a famous tree lighting that has been drawing residents and tourists for 29 years! Live music begins at 5:15 pm, then Santa arrives on the Virginia Railway Express (VRE) train at 6 pm to light the tree. From there he’ll head to the Harris Pavilion gazebo to greet the swarm of children eager to share their Christmas wishes.
The next 10 days include the 77th Greater Manassas Christmas Parade, carriage rides, ice skating, a train show, holiday market, and even more. Head over to Visit Manassas to mark your calendar with these can’t miss events!
