Envision Glass Company, a leading commercial glass glazing company, has expanded in the City of Manassas. Envision relocated to the City after upfitting a recently purchased 20,000 square foot warehouse off Liberia Avenue where the company completed a vertical integration of their operations. The company added more than 25 new jobs with the expansion, totaling over 40 jobs newly located to the City.

Led by CEO Rahim Wali, Envision Glass works with the area’s top general contractors and architects on high-end office buildouts and decorative glazing. After recognizing a need to better support Envision, contractors, end-consumers, and other glazing contractors, Mr. Wali vertically integrated the company and established a separate entity called Washington Glass Fabrication. Washington Glass Fabrication provides specialty glass production and tempering capabilities while reducing supply chain challenges and improving product lead times for glass used across the DC area.

Our new location in the City gave us the opportunity to expand our product offering and capacity in a big way. We’ve brought on new staff, more manufacturing capacity, and additional project capabilities that fill a niche for locally produced glass in a region with a ton of new development going on,” says Mr. Wali.

At their renovated facility on Quarry Road, Washington Glass and partner specialty glazing company Envision Glass have transformed the building’s interior with new office space and high-tech production lines. On the exterior, the company’s new mural adds a one-of-a-kind piece of Manassas art to the vibrant Liberia Avenue corridor.
