MANASSAS,VA — In the wake of unprecedented economic growth in Northern Virginia, the City of Manassas proudly ushers in a new renaissance era with the launch of its “Move to Manassas” campaign, the City’s latest call-to-action highlighting the broad expanse of benefits the jurisdiction offers.
With support from City Manager Pat Pate, the City’s Office of Economic Development launched their new Move to Manassas website on Thursday to kickstart a multi-channel campaign focused on the community’s unique lifestyles which embodies expansive economic development, meaningful civic engagement and a vibrant thriving job market.
“The City’s slogan, Historic Heart. Modern Beat. is the rhythm of the community and our authentic Historic Downtown,” said Mr. Pate. The City’s rich history began after the Civil War where the junction railroad made Manassas a household name. Now more than 150 years later, Manassas is proudly establishing itself as one of the largest and most active employment hubs for technology and advanced manufacturing in the country.”
