A huge thank you to all who joined us at The Salisbury Center for another fun and eventful Business Appreciation Breakfast!
This morning about 150 businesses networked, heard from City leadership, and received timely insights on the economy from Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond Economist Joe Mengedoth. The attendees were also the first to lay eyes on our newly released 2023 Annual Report! (more below).
An event like this isn’t possible without a fantastic host and hard working partners – thank you to The Salisbury Center, Prince William Chamber of Commerce, our many raffle donors, and Joe Mengedoth for your time and expertise.
And of course, we’re incredibly appreciative of the MANY businesses who make Manassas a dynamic place to live, work, and play! Because of our 1,600+ diverse and growing companies, Manassas enjoys competitive wages, record low unemployment (2.2%), and plentiful options for unique food, retail, and services right here in the City!
We look forward to continue serving you in these yearly celebrations and every other day throughout the week. We’ll see you next year!
Stay tuned to our Facebook Page for more event photos soon. 📷
Introducing the 2023 Annual Report
In 2023, the City of Manassas’s economy flourished with new announcements, historic vacancy in our in-demand commercial corridors, a thriving small business community, and continued investment by our major employers and private sector partners. The City’s growth and ongoing community development will have lasting impact on our citizens and businesses for years to come.
The Department of Economic Development is pleased to present the 2023 Annual Report, which you can access in the link below.
