Business Beat: Fresh Threads, Healthy Living & Strong Moves in Manassas

Chico’s Quick T’s, located at 9405 Peabody Street, is a family-run custom apparel shop led by Gina Castro, her daughter Kiara Cepeda, and supported daily by her husband Francisco “Chico” Cepeda. Opened earlier this year, and officially celebrated at their September 12th ribbon cutting, the business offers personalized T-shirts, uniforms, and promotional gear with a quick turnaround and a personal touch.
With mentorship from the Mason SBDC, connections through the Prince William Chamber, and strong word-of-mouth in the community, Gina emphasizes the importance of building relationships. Her advice to other entrepreneurs is simple: “Build relationships first. Manassas is a people-first community—and your family can be your greatest strength.”

Fourth Dimension Jiu Jitsu— Building Strength and Community

For Zack, launching alongside his family has been especially meaningful. Zack credits his father’s 30+ years in business as a key resource and urges other entrepreneurs to “see City employees as part of your team—they truly want to help you succeed.”
