Panera Bread has officially opened its new home at 9500 Liberia Avenue, just down the road from its original spot at 9508 Liberia. Developed by Vigario Management, the newly constructed restaurant showcases Panera Bread’s Next Gen “neighborhood bakery” design—a fresh take that blends warm, café-style dining with updated digital conveniences. The new location also introduces a drive-thru, a feature not available at the previous site, adding convenience for busy customers.

Manassas has long been a frontier for new concepts in restaurants and hospitality, complementing the distinctive mix of eateries and retailers citywide. That strength is reflected in the Manassas’s consistent growth in meals tax revenue—upward for the past decade and now contributing over $6 million annually to the local tax base.

Early results show the move is paying off for Panera Bread as well—sales are already up since opening at the new address.
