Northeastern Supply Moves to Manassas

In December 2024, the City proudly welcomed Northeastern Supply, a leading distributor in the Mid-Atlantic region. The company moved its Prince William County and Loudoun County locations into the site previously occupied by Southern States, a 37,000 square-foot industrial building at 9751 Center Street. Established in 1945, Northeastern Supply specializes in plumbing, HVAC, PVF, and water systems. With a strong focus on customer relationships and supplier partnerships, their customer-driven values and extensive inventory supports contractor needs across 42 locations and service offerings, including Virginia, Maryland, Delaware, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia.
