Business Beat: Fresh Flavors and Wellness Arrive in Manassas

The City of Manassas is proud to welcome Marco’s Pizza to 9223 Sudley Road and congratulate owner Marcel Clarke on his continued investment in our community. Already the owner of Colonial Commercial Cleaning, Marcel’s second Manassas venture reflects confidence in the City’s growing retail sector. “The most fulfilling part has been building businesses that genuinely serve the community while creating jobs and opportunity,” he shared.
As the only Marco’s currently operating in the City, this opening expands dining options and neighborhood amenities. Marcel notes that Manassas’ strong local pride and support for small businesses have made the experience especially rewarding. We warmly welcome Marcel and his team.

PYF Studio Adds to Cavalry Village’s Growing Momentum
Owner-operator Traci Azato’s transition from engaged local to entrepreneur has taken shape at 9754 Center Street with the opening of PYF Studio, adding to Manassas’ resilient and dynamic business community. Studios like PYF — offering assisted stretching, mobility, and wellness classes — enhance quality of life while building connections among residents. We celebrated with a ribbon cutting on March 3 at their new studio.
Located in Cavalry Village, the studio joins a growing mix of community-centric businesses including Sliced Pizza and More and Brightworks Brewing, alongside longtime tenants like Yappie Cuttery and Minuteman Press. This emerging corridor on the edge of Historic Downtown demonstrates how new investment and legacy businesses together sustain Manassas’ diverse commercial ecosystem.
