Chipotle is officially coming to the City of Manassas! Plans are underway for our first location, slated for in-fill development at Canterbury Village on Sudley Road. The restaurant will provide a much-anticipated dining option for guests and staff of UVA Health Prince William Medical Center—one of our largest City employers—and others along the Sudley Medical Corridor.
With retail vacancy at just 2.4%, demand remains high, and this project helps expand our inventory while growing the City’s commercial tax base. The City’s strong infrastructure, business-friendly environment, and sustained population growth continue to attract national brands and local entrepreneurs alike—reinforcing Manassas as a dynamic destination for investment, jobs, and community vitality.
