American Disposal Services bought by Toronto firm

Manassas-based American Disposal Services has been acquired by Waste Connections Inc. of Toronto. The companies announced the deal Monday, noting American was one of the largest privately-owned solid waste collection and recycling businesses in the Mid-Atlantic. American has annual revenues of approximately $175 million and serves 400,000 customers in Virginia, Maryland, Georgia and Colorado, according […]
